I took my 10 week German shepherd there for his 2nd round of shots and dewormer. I dropped him off and was called to get him 3 hours later. Poor puppy could barely wait to get to the grass and relieve himself. He peed for nearly 2 minutes. I had told them he's already housebroken but would need out of the kennel to do his business. They ignored that. And they ignored my observations of roundworms. Worst of all, I never even saw the vet, hidden away behind the walls. Never again.

I love it. The Vet always calls me and gives me a thorough explanation on Valentine's check up and always ask me if it's ok to give her treatment for what she needs. She is awesome and very friendly. Great customer service skills from the doctor. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
