Larger selection and more affordable pricing than other furniture stores nearby. Loved the free snacks and the fact that we were allowed to browse on our own. When we found what we wanted, we were assisted by Albert - who was great 👍 We were also allowed the option of pickup which saved us cost on delivery. Very pleasant furniture shopping experience. 10/1 would recommend.

Victoria was a pleasure. This was my first experience of walking into the Dartmouth location and not being swamped with sales reps within 2 seconds of entry pushing info and questions down your throat which is suuuuuuper annoying. Victoria was polite and gently gave me her name and let me know where to find prices and if I needed help, she was more than happy to assist. She was a great sales rep and very knowledgeable. I made a purchase and would request her assistance in the future. Thanks Victoria!

I had good experience at bobs so far. Waiting for delivery which was a week and half out, which seems about average right now post rona. Marina, my sales associate did a good job. Only reason giving 4 instead of 5 stars was because got the same vibe I normally have a car dealership. Could have been because I went late and was only customer in the store, but just seemed like they had modeled their sales process off something like that. But so far was overall good experience. As long as there’s no issues when I receive my products I will be shopping here again.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience at Bob’s. Eddie was our sales man and he definitely knows his mattress and furniture. He took his time with us and didn’t rush at all. When purchasing our items everyone was very helpful. We have purchased all of our furniture in our house from Bobs for years now. Everyone is so nice that works there. Especially in this new world with so many people being unkind. Thank you to all the staff at Bobs in Dartmouth.
