Great modern facility; Dean at the front desk is awesome, kind and personable. Deb and Diane on the other hand are VERY condescending and love to talk down on the members here. Remember you are paying 50 bucks a month to join a private gym to workout with no hassles or ridiculous rules like planet fitness but these ladies really like to tell people what to do and when to do it. I've been a member for 6+ years and finally said enough was enough when one of them treated me like a toddler because I was deadlifting without shoes on. She said "this is a public place you need to put your shoes on" with a smirk and head nod. This was only the straw that broke the camel's back as over the years there were MANY sideway comments made. Once I was told to put on longer shorts and stop stretching because I was warming up with my soccer training shorts. Or how about the time I was using a 50 lb and 35 lb kettlebell to superset KB swings and I was told I should "really only be using one piece of equipment at a time." But I encourage you to see for yourself first hand how these 2 ladies treat you and fellow gym members.

Great gym with a friendly staff. Clean, organized, and members clean up after themselves. The hours need to be extended, preferably in the AM to get in a workout, shower, and get to work.

Great facilities, great staff. Variety of people and accepting and comfortable, proactive atmosphere. Weekend hours are bad! Weekend mornings are very busy for me. Weekend afternoon would be prime! Even if open til only like 3 or 4. Might force me to get a membership somewhere else next year.

I went to the Warwick location for ten years till they closed to pool to members from 4-6, three times per week. A pool members pay for. The manager gave double talk then Debbie, from corporate at your facility told me if I did not like my use of the facility stolen, she told me "you're only a month to month member, why don't you look for another gym" Horrible ethics and business model, overbooking at members' expense.
