Call the resort. There is a free bus that goes to and from the airport. You have to register. My son and I used it with no problem.

Not sure what these people are saying about free shuttle. We were just there last week June 13th through 17 and they told us to take Uber or Meares taxi.

I called the resort and they stated they do not have a free shuttle service from the airport. Depending on time of day uber and lift have decent prices. But we arrived delayed at midnight and airport taxi was $68 but was the cheapest option I could find. Uber and lift both $80 at this time of night.
We used Uber on our trip - ran about $60 from airport to hotel - following day started our reservation at Universal, so about another $10 Uber from hotel to Cabana Bay.
I work for LYFT and I say rideshare... unless you are renting a company... Mears taxis and bus service is way overpriced... I also believe lyft is cheaper than uber
