Is there a casino near by

The entry gates are broken and people where parking without paying. They don't issue anything to prove you paid for parking. As long as the gates remain up and broken, there is really no way they can prove you are parking without paying.

Parking is paid but thankfully it's your cheapest of all the universal hotels

You will pay for parking, I do not recall the rate, but you do pay per night.
