Do all guests at the Cabana Hotel get early entry into the park or so you have to buy a certain deal to get that offer?

Yes, early entry is included with your stay. But not fast pass, which is $80 per person per day extra. We found most lines had reasonable wait times so it wasn't necessary. That may change though given time of year.

All Universal guests that are staying on property period, have access to the park before normal hours.
