This is a good place for shopping and dining. They don't have rides, but there are plenty of fun things to see/do!
If by fun you mean getting to assemble things for free at shops, get your name written in Japanese for free, live music, and meeting people of different cultures, then yes. This place is a BLAST! :D

Yes if you like to eat expensive meals and shop at expensive shops. If you are there for a fun time, money is a must. You can walk around and look at everything and not buy anything, but its really nice and way to hard not to eat at one of the many restaurants. To really have fun you need several hundred dollars.
