They do have lockers at guest services
They have lockers and I believe guest relations can as well. The lockers aren't huge but will hold a bag or two depending on how big they are.

You can check with Guest Relations at the Welcome Center in the Landings area of Disney Springs but I believe it's a no because of liability reasons for them. If your just killing time before going to the airport you can check-in for your flight with the BAGS team at the various Disney resorts (airline check-in desk) and they will check and deliver and TSA clear your stowed luggage to the airport for your flight it was part of Magical Express before they cancelled that program but it is continuing as it's own service the resorts offer.
Lockers are not big enough for suitcases! Your hotel may hold for free, but that may be a bummer to have to go back and retrieve. Hopefully your luggage has some good wheels on it and you can just lug it around with you. Its not odd to do so here!

I've seen people walking around with their luggage. I did not see any place at Disney Springs for storage. However, just because I didn't see it doesn't mean there isn't a place. Maybe the people I saw with luggage just preferred to keep it with them. Just call a check before you go.
