No, sadly, only indoors, and even then you're shoulder to shoulder with other people. They don't limit entry. Reservations are meaningless. Outdoors, keep your mask on; you're still shoulder to shoulder with people outside. If you can smell their perfume or cologne, then you can smell their COVID.
