Dogs are not permitted in disney springs unless they are a service animal which cannot be denied anywhere. The best friends pet care is very near to disney springs and they are wonderful to my pup.

Technically, yes. However it's preferred that pets not be brought on property. They are a distraction to working dogs and put the person they are working for at risk. Also, it's crazy hot and crowded.

I was just there yesterday. And I seen pets in strollers and out of strollers on leash. But I dont think they are allowed in stores unless they are a service dog.
