I believe the only animals allowed are service animals at Disney Springs. But also, some of the resorts do have pet-friendly rooms.
No cost to park and no cost to get in so IT'S FREE! YEAH!
Their were small dogs there but I wouldn't suggest it. Can get very crowded. I don't believe dogs belong in restaurants.

Service animals, K9's and some very small dogs in strollers. If pets are not good with crowds or loud noises it isn't a good environment for pets
