As of today, barcs still has a quarantine on most dogs. There may be a few for adoption that haven't been in the main building though. Hopefully the quarantine will be lifted soon, so just pay attention to the barcs website.
Yes alot of them are available the staff can tell you which dogs are ready to be homed and they even hang cards on the kennels to let you know.
