Great Vet and staff! Caring, compassionate, and always responsive to our needs and with older dogs that happens frequently! Thank you.

Always a good experience. Easy, friendly, and helpful. I appreciate that the doctors and staff care for my babies as much as I do and don’t overcharge or under consider my concerns. It’s easy to understand the diagnosis and instructions and they follow up to check on their patients after a sick visit. It’s much appreciated.

I thought I liked it here until my dog had to go to the Pet ER and her vet, Charm City Vet, of 7 1/2 years left us in the dark. I had asked them to look over her ER paperwork so that I could understand what had happened. They were too busy to answer the phone, then it was their lunchtime, the text messages bounced back with a form letter text, one of the vets was out for the day and the other one was busy. The emails went through but none of the questions that I asked were ever answered. No one ever contacted me back with any answers to any of my questions, or advice. Not even when I sent a video of my dog having trouble breathing. The only thing they would do was make a future appt for 2 days out and say take her back to the ER if she gets worse before that time. The only other communication from them was a sympathy card after she died a week later. Where were they while she was still alive and I was asking questions? Unacceptable.

I'm so happy I found this place. My dog Lucas loved them well. They are so knowledgeable of their procedures and make sure they explain it to you in details. Now my dog is very well and he's back to being his silly self. I've been to a lot of vets in the city, now I finally found the right place for our Lucas. Great job you guys!

How much for a check up for a cat
I'm not sure you'd have to call and ask them
No, but you probably have to take it to the office. You should phone.
If you tried to fill out there patient form, they only give the option of dog/cat so maybe not, but I would call to make sure. I've been going to them for 3 years and they have fantastic service.
It's the same as any other very in the area. Regular doc visit was $55 when I went last week (plus cost of shots, etc). I've paid $55-$65 at Eastern and Boston Street in the past few years.
We do not do ear cropping
