What types of mature dogs are available
Some events with free adoptions are planned but some are spur of the moment if the shelter is full. They just had free adoptions on friday. Adoption fees are always waived on animals over 5 years old. Just pay attention to barcs website or FB page to look for the next event.
Any time barcs has any free event statewide. All fees except city licencing are waived....$10.00
