Trying to find out if the kitten i want is residing in a foster home, how may i adopt it through BARCS, how would i have to retrieve the kitten.

Contact barcs and they will arrange for you to meet the kitten at barcs with the foster.

You will need to go up there and go through the cat room and see if there is one you like. If so they will let you have time with the kitten. If you decide to adopt you can begin the process at that time.

You need to go down to the SPCA and tell them your situation
