I have been taking my dog there for 15 years. My dog was very old and in pain.it happens very quick. I asked if they could see him and if I needed to let him go I would like it to be there since he knew them. They would not see him & gave me a number to call. It showed me they just don’t care.

City Pets is a great place to bring your pets for care. Dr. Shook is an excellent vet. She is very knowledgeable and thorough when it comes to diagnosing a condition or illness, and she cares about the well being of both the pet and the human. Her staff is also very knowledgeable and very nice to deal with. I’ve been going to Dr. Shook for more than 10 years for both cats and a dog. I wouldn’t dream of taking my pets anywhere else. She’s the best! Still provide exceptional pet care even at curbside, thanks! 💜

Dr Shook and the entire team at CityPets are fantastic! We initially chose CityPets b/c of the convenient location - we can walk from our house. Everyone we interact with is courteous and genuinely care about our two dogs. Making appointments are easy, there's never a delay when you arrive and their follow up is excellent. Our dogs never have an aversion when we walk in the door - always a great sign. Would wholeheartedly recommend this practice!
