Im giving 5 stars for the wonderful customer experience I received setting up an appointment for the first time. After I told the office admin I thought my cat had a UTI, she paused our phone call to ask a nurse a question I had about over the counter medicine; took the time to find me an earlier appointment and advised me on symptoms to watch for; and recommended two other reputable vets I could contact to see if they can see my cat sooner. I lived on this street and always saw the nurses and staff members smiling. It’s a beautiful little office. I felt at ease immediately and can’t say that about most other vets I’ve seen! Thank you guys ❤️

I adopted a dog 3 weeks ago, and he started chewing his tail raw. I probably called 10 offices who all said they didn’t have any availability until the end of the month. A friend suggested Doc Side. I was relieved when I could get an appointment the next week, and then able to move it up. The vet I saw was AMAZING…so down to earth. She took the time to explain the possible treatment options (and even considered what I would be able to afford financially). The first vet I had went to suggested expensive blood work, just on an initial exam. In addition, all of the staff was warm and welcoming. I am glad to have Doc Side caring for my family 😊

Parking can be tough so get there a little early. I’ve taken my boys to a few different vets in the area but I like these guys the best. I never wait long, they’re all friendly and the place is clean. I’ve been taking my cat Henry Rollins and my dog Nacho here for years and I know they’ll be taken care of.

Hi Marco, thanks for your question! The answer is 2 fold. We do have a loading zone with 4 spaces directly in front of the hospital. We are in a residential neighborhood so are part of the community & share street parking around the hospital. There is a very good chance when our neighbors are at work ( usually any where from 7am - 5:30 or 6pm) to grab spots in our block. But probably what's most important is that our staff is always available to help you when you arrive. You can pull up & drop your pet off to be held by one of our amazing client service reps or kennel assistants & then go park your car so you are not trying g to manage everything. In addition, if you ever need assistance to your car (maybe u are trying to carry a large bag of food ) our staff is ready, willing & able to carry everything to your car for you or to hold everything so u can get your car, pull up, they will load & you can go! DocSide offers a client & patient experience unlike any other. Let us show u!
Well, it's not cheap. A visit might run you nearly $100 for something routine. We took our two little dogs for shots and general checkup and it was about $500. But they are really really nice, and we really like the service.
Yeah, beat thing is to call; i doubt visiting their website would help. It also depends on what they do.
I pay about $110 including all needed shots
