BARCS has a website where you can look at the 🐈 up for adoption. Many of the little kittens are fostered, so you would see them on the website rather than at the Shelter. I would also suggest going into the shelter. You just may find the baby that catches your 💓 is not that all all white fluff ball you imagined https://barcs.org/adopt-cats/
