The fee is $75 for 1 dog which includes: the spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations and preventables, city license fee for Baltimore City residents, and microchipping; you bring your own leash and collar. There is a Deluxe package for $100 that includes all the above, in addition to a leash and a collar. There are other packages as well. Check out the BARCS website.
