I was wondering if the spca wellness clinic on falls road performed extractions and cleaning for cats? Am on medical leave and can not afford the quote my vet gave me ? My cat really needs the surgery.

I honestly cant say "yes" or " no", with 100% certainty, but I do not believe they offer anything like that, unless it is life-threatening !!! Even if they do, I would still have no clue how much their "quote" would be !!! Sorry, I cant help out with any certainty, either way. Unsure about SPCA definitely call and check. Also check BARCS they have some information on low cost pet care providers. Hope it helps. 🐾
