My neighborhood in Overlea, Baltimore County is being over run with feral cats. Is there an organization that can deal with this issue?

That is more of a concern for animal control. Not something the ASPCA would get involved with at first.

This is a BARCS issue. I've had 4 cats that I trapped and brought to them neutered for free.
