Hi Derek, there are a few ways to check your balance. You can check at an ATM, through Online & Mobile Banking and by Telephone Banking (dial 1-888-436-1847 and select option 1). If you need further assistance, please call a Member Experience Specialist at 1-888-436-1847. We open at 9am. ~Jess
