Melanie and Benita are great. A customer was complaining and being very critical that it was taking too long for him to be helped and they maintained perfect composure. The man didn’t even have to wait long, he was very rude and I was very impressed how both Melanie and Benita handled the man.

Ms. Delgado at the Fletcher branch was able to resolve a problem with an IRS check and a trust account quickly and efficiently and most importantly, painlessly.
