Been a long-time member of Grow Financial member and officially talked my significant other into switching to Grow. We are the type of couple that would prefer to take advantage of the online features versus making appearances in person… However, we were met with a cheerful, knowledgeable, and extremely personable representative Tommy Davis. He was beyond helpful in getting us all set up and provided us with one of the best experiences that I have had at this location. Overall, this made not only my significant others’ first experience a positive one but has also gained a loyal customer, (not to mention proved all of my bragging about how Grow Financial is the superior banking entity.) I would like to give some major Kudos to Tommy for being so engaging, kind, and knowledgeable these days these qualifications are difficult to find but the benefits are endless, especially in a customer-driven market.
