The teller who “assisted” me to get a new card was terrible. Firstly, she didn’t even let me pick the design from the portfolio. She then had me wait to the side for it to print which I’ve never experienced. She told me she’d cancel the other card coming in mail. Now, I’m out shopping and the printed card is declined. I had to wait 20 minutes in the line to get this bad service only for the card not to be functional a day later. Now I have a long holiday weekend without my debit card working because of inept customer service.

This branch is sooooo slowwwwww. Go to any other branch in the area. It’s worth the drive. Other than that, service is fair. Not great but it’ll do.
