They don't answer the phone. Seems very unprofessional to me. How are patients supposed to get any information or even go in to their appointment if they never answer calls!?! 😡

I'd like to take this moment and acknowledge a great doctor, Dr Long. In my almost 20 years of experience with physicians, and medical care Dr Long, has shown such empathy that goes a long way. He listens to his patients, a structured, yet compassionate doctor. A true light in the midst of darkness. Thank you for being a true profressional.

Dr. Long is the most caring and educated doctor I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. I wish he was my doctor for everything. A doctor like this is hard to come by. If I ever move far away, I will continue to see Dr.Long. I will take a plane to come to him before I choose someone else Dr long takes his time with you actually cares about his patients. He will be closed until Monday for the Thanksgiving Holiday and usually again for the week of Christmas and New Year's, too.
Office hours vary I know he takes lunch around noon only sees patients certain days of the week and it's a small family business just him his wife and son. So don't expect a last min. Appt. But this is hands down the best doctor I've ever had for anything in my entire life. Dr. Long is the best. Office doors are always locked due to pandemic there's a number posted on door to call Richard at front desk.
