I have been banking with FCCU for some time now. They're currently not my main bank, but over these past years I've grown a great appreciation for this credit union because they've always satisfied my banking and loan needs, more than my main bank has. I feel appreciated as a customer, and I've never had a bad experience. I've been at my main bank since 2000, and that's the only reason FCCU isn't my main bank! I've decided to take the time and transition FCCU to my main bank of choice because I've always received great service and they cater to all of my banking needs.

If you're wanting a new debit card because there is a problem with using yours, you can call them and they will mail you another to your address on your account, but there is a $5.00 charge. If your card number has been compromised, you would also call the bank and they will cancel your card at that moment and mail out another card and then a few days later you will receive a new pin. No charge for this service If you are trying to drop the rewards program there's a different number you can call and they will cancel that service but you can keep using the same card. Contact the bank and ask them for the rewards contact number. I canceled mine after a couple months every easily and no hard sell tactics to stay with the plan. Hope this helps!
