I just heard that this property has been sold and a I also heard rumors that it will be turned into section 8 housing. Is this true? and if so what does this mean for current residents?

It was sold to a developer who deals in luxury apartments, condos , houses and medical buildings. I knew that land would be sold soon because it’s prime property . I didn’t see on the notice where they were interviewing people. We were hoping we might be able to get out of our lease sooner :)

If it was a section 8 housing then why is my rent OVER $1,200 a month plus water I live in the front in a 2 bedroom 1 bath

I currently have lived there in a town house for almost 6 yrs now.ill be giving my notice for health reasons and not being able 💜 to climb stairs . beautiful view from my bedroom which I cant see while paying $ 1,200 a month rent m y husband recently passed away. Im struggling financially.no compassion . Didn't even so much as s end me a sympathy card Flf holdings will now own it. Big onglomerat that may. Deal with section 8.according to the notice we,ll all be interviewed ( probably about what's out toi tMe place. Heard thhey we're getting rid of some residents here, but the ones holding a lease will not be asked to move .this is all i can tell you so far. Im gettng out of Dodge .De sooner D better anonymous
