I spoke with their leasing agent, Amy. She was super helpful and had excellent knowledge in their availability in their apartments. I definitely would recommend this community! You can tell a lot by a community when the office is super friendly and helpful!

I have lived here on the property for a little over 4 years. I have seen companies come and go without change. But there is something about the company (HighmarkRes) now that has my vote at 5 stars. They come on with this high energy of success. With the office is nothing but bubbly personality they actually put the needs of the attendant first. The property change is wonderful and keep clean. To the friendly maintenance staff that keeps on task with the maintenance orders, and even call to make sure everything is running smoothly let’s you know they care. This isn’t just an company that wants your money. They treat each attendee as family and I love it.

Alright, so this is very serious issue here. I am updating my review here I did 3 weeks ago and the place is just worst. Totally out of control. People can’t even get close to the dumpster because it stinks far away and if they make it to the dumpster it is totally surrounded with household trash like used diapers, eggshells, food and motor oil. Also there are vultures, raccoons, roaches, rats and lots of lots of flies. This is not healthy anymore. I am talking about like waste disease here. Please look the new pics I will post! The place is totally out of control. I am just reviewing my biggest issue which is their trash dumpster. Every weekend but mostly every 3-4 days looks like on the pics I did screenshot from the video just did record. I don’t understand why this is happening. The dumpster was not full and trash like food and other stuff is on the street! Huge flys, vultures, raccoons comes around all the time. How you can raise your child here? School bus stopping close bye mornings.Today is Memorial Day when I recorded the video. I want note that this is not that bad then usually. I’ll keep tracking of it involve more people and posting. I’ll do other actions if nothing going to change!!! Enough!!!

This place is a dump, maintenance is a joke and the new people that bought this place are worse than the previous owners. My AC is out yet again and the last time it wasn't working it took them 3 months to fix. They raised the rent by at least $400 and the office manager said they were below market value and the couldn't jeep the high quality up. That is a joke. There is NO high quality there's so much trash all over the place that there are coyotes looking for food. Not to mention gun shots. Yep high quality right there. Also section 8 stopped paying them because they don't fix anything.
