Harbour pointe is a terrible place to live! There is no irrigation because GSC won’t pay to replace the broken part! It’s been this way for years! The pond is down 6 feet & GSC won’t spend the $ to refill it. They let people in with criminal records & turn their heads to all types of deviant behavior to include vandalism & unsavory residents/ character. They bleed residents for every red cent they can extract from them, occupancy being their only concern rather than residents safety, not to mention “ the right to why’re enjoyment” to which renters are entitled by law. Whatever u do, don’t come here. * IN ADDITION THE KAWN SERVICE THEY GAVE HIRED IS THE WORDT BY FSR THEY HAVE HSD IN THE 6 years+ I have had the misfortune to live here! There have bee. Well over 100 complaints registered with office, Glasha then corporate Sandra cardonna then the highest level of mgmt customer complaints Shannon Brummett… Glasha went to. At first us for awhile between her trips to Ga. No other responses. They gave descimAted my new jag & I must leave the ptooerty immediately WHN they start & stay home over 4 hours. The aftermath is disgusting! Our porches are strewn from top to bottom with debris including the doors ! The sidewalks are laced throughout with ggs tracker marks. They are illiterate & hsve no common sense. They make one day out of the week miserable for all of us.So whether it’s my new jag being knived by my upstairs one legged neighbor who pounds on his floor purposely to disturb my sleep etal or my two female ebony neighbor walking hand in hand ….u get the picture. Run the other way! ***UPDATE! After being g off for months the guy tsun worked fir less than a week & u guessed it bbis off again! Who did u get to fix this again?? Add prejudice to the mix, coming from the office. Determined constant intent obvious.

Best Apartment complex at the beach with an amazing manager Jenny and a fantastic maintenance man Charles and Very Pet friendly. Jenny and Charles are always available, friendly and personable. Grounds are well kept, quiet neighborhood, great areas nearby for walking, running, biking. Pool on premises w new grills for outdoor picnics as well as new outdoor grills around the complex. My grandchildren have enjoyed the playground many times! Ocean access only a mile away! Walking distance! I would highly recommend Harbour Pointe Apartments for your next home!
