I have been blessed by Citrus Meadows and the 2 beautiful ladies in the office Tia and Venus, they always always get my maintenance issues resolved within hours. I never have to wait. It was an easy process to move in and I am grateful for them both! I would highly recommend them!

I've lived here for 2 years now and things are starting to improve; however, renovations are being done and apartments painted but the laundry facilities have been out since the beginning of September... there are no laundry units in the apartments, just a separate laundry area and so for the past 2 months residents have to take their laundry to a regular laundry mat away from the complex because of the card kiosk being broken. Even though this may not be an issue for some, this is an inconvenience to many and 2 months of waiting for this to be fixed is absurd.

Currently a 2/1 in Citrus Meadows is $1090 + $13 for renter's insurance included with rent, so $1103 altogether. Water and cable are included as well.
