I think the good rating in here are fake or paid. Would give negative stars if I could. My apartment is literally infested with bugs. And am writing this review solely to warn people to stay away. I wish I could have picked anywhere other then here to live. My one year cannot even play on the floors. They are so dirty they turn his feet black. Roaches oh the roaches are everywhere. I’ve sadly become used to seeing them. They’ve even infested my items in my home from electronics and my sons pack and play. I could go on but I think thats more then enough. Even though corporate had been involved it is not resolved. I want to be very clear. I’ve lived in weekly rentals. I’ve lived in efficiencies and ALL of those were better maintained and never have I seen a pest issue like the one in my apartment. & I’m prolly putting a target on back by still living here and posting this but the truth is the truth and I wanted to warn others about this. I’m literally scared to move into a new place as I feel everything I have has been infested by this apartment. Photos below. I feel truly bad for anyone moving into this place as others stated nothing gets resolved. Nothing is safe about my apartment. And nothing would have gotten done if I hadn’t went to the corporate people. However still my apartment is a disgusting mess. Due to how hard it is to find a place I still haven’t moved out but I am writing this review to avoid others getting trapped here. Only thing is that maintenance works hard to upkeep this mess. Every Monday they clean up the trash from the illegal dumping that the Management lacks the ability to prevent from happening Photos attached; #1 constant bug Remnants in feces on my daughters window #2 roaches on walls by sons play mat area #3 roaches coming out of wall socket in kitchen #4 roach on bed in my room #5 the trash #6 dead roaches by daughters dolls #7 sons feet after walking on floors for about 15 min #7 roach infesting daughters switch (gaming system) which was purchased NEW in December

This place is Horrible!!!!! Luxury Where??? They up your rent during the Pandemic and then won't fix anything. Walls are paper thin can hear an entire conversation from people outside and your neighbors. Never once has anyone came to spray for bugs.....mind you this is supposed to happen once a week!!! We were very clean and roaches come from other apartments. Had a horrible leak in Master Bathroom and woke us up at 3am still have holes in the ceiling where maintenance cut. But YOU'RE LUXURY...

They took the 250 from me for the deposit and "admin" fee and when I was denied they didn't refund the money. They were quick to respond when they thought I was going to be a resident but as soon as I was denied they ignored me and wouldn't answer any questions about the refund. This put me a little behind in my search for a new place, $250 is a lot of money when it comes to moving and a lot to pay for a "No" . However , "they encourage every one to apply" . The apartments themselves look beautiful and are in a great location. Just beware of them adding additional fees and if you think there is a chance you won't be approved, don't spend the $250.

This community is where I am starting my family. Property management is very professional, and assists with any and everything in their power. Maintenance is always on time and very quick when it comes to fixing issues. My neighbors are very considerate and courteous when it comes to my night shift schedule as I require sleep throughout the day and I am never disturbed. As a Deputy Sheriff, I assure you that if it wasn’t a safe community, I wouldn’t be starting my family here. And lastly, the pool is the perfect scene for a true Floridian not wanting to get caught up in the beach traffic and crowds. I will definitely be here for a while!!! :)
