The room that we stayed at was one of the nastiest rooms I have ever seen in my life. It was urine stains all over the floor and it was smelling like a dirty locker room and underwear. They did give us a new room after I complain. They gave us a handicap room initially. The front desk lady was really nasty she made us wait for 25 minutes and then she gave us a nasty room. Anyways then later on that night we were stuck in the parking garage for 1 hour trying to get out because they're key for charging $30 room key did not work for anyone. So everyone is paying double amount to get out. They had to use their Visa card it was awful I called management and they eventually sent somebody in a golf cart to fix it. For the price that you pay in this place almost $400 a night I've never experienced such terrible service and rooms in the history of my life and I travel a lot.
