Definitely, if you have special requests, contact the front desk prior to your arrival. They try to handle all requests. So if something is needed they don’t have it allows enough time to acquire or adjust.
Yes. It doesn’t hurt to ask. It’s a possibility. I stayed there and I never got told no.
