There are a few ways. And none of them are quick fixes. You can do the program at Salvation Army at B Street. Their program offers alot of resources. You have to be on their wait list ... you can go to VOA (Volunteers of America) I don't know their criteria. Then there is Sis Nora's House housed in Maryhouse there has to be a disability or veterans status (for women) and go to St Francis House (14th & C) for a STREET Sheet with all the listings, resources, food and other important contacts for other Shelters like St Johns ... the winter is fast approaching and the nights will get cooler. Time to think about putting your name on a 'waitlist' and keep up with that bc when they call [you] for placement, they ONLY call once! God Bless you tremendously and keep you safešā¤
But I want to know how you get into the st Mary's family shelter
The resources are out there call 211 and Maryhouse is always a big support
