Is there a sloth here and if yes, can you hold it?

No.

There was not a sloth when I last visited about 2 weeks ago. And yeah they don't let you handle animals except for sometimes feed the giraffes.

I don't remember seeing a sloth at this zoo, and no they don't let you handle any of the animals that I am aware of beyond being able to feed the giraffes.
