Some staff seemed a very knowledgeable and eager to help. Others didn’t seem to care much at all. Staff on the floor seemed a bit overwhelmed with customers. Could have just been a busy time. Store was clean and well stocked and fun to check stuff out.

I’ve had motorcycles for many years and have bought gear at Cycle Gear for almost as long as I’ve owned motorcycles. I just bought a BMW Adventure Bike and wanted to get some different gear for my wife and I. I was a little lost about what I needed and Ralo at the Sacramento Cycle Gear came over and was very knowledgeable and professional about what I wanted. He helped my wife pick out some riding pants and gloves and also found some gloves I really liked. I’m more than satisfied with our experience. I can’t remember the name of our cashier but she was great too.

Text help was good. Service on the floor was non existent because the employees were bs’ing, but cashier lady was great. Fair prices and military discount will keep me coming back. Thank you for the latter!

Cycle Gear Sacramento had the race helmet and boots I wanted (plus competing choices), in stock, and available to try, at competitive prices with helpful staff. I forgot to request a discount in advance, and though it was obviously a hassle, they were courteous and quick re-processing the transaction land honoring my request for original packaging to facilitate shipping. I really appreciate using a traditional store for gear that is so fit-critical. This is my 3rd helmet and boots bought at CG, always a fair price with good choices. Recent re-structuring only seemed to improve stock, despite current global challenges.
