I came into this shop with my KYMCO scooter that was not running. They said they woud have it running in a couple of days. 2 weeks later no call. so I called they said come get your scooter. The charged me $350.00 just to get my non running scooter back! They would not even help me load it back on my truck! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! DONT EVER GO!!!!!!!

I took my 1981 Honda C70 Passport in to get the wiring and engine done. Rick did an amazing job of getting the bike up and running. The work was very clean and the bike runs super smooth. Scooter City is my go to when ever I need work done that I can’t do myself. Thanks guys!

Most shops have a baseline tune up cast but they may find other things that need to be fixed causing the rate to go up. Best to call the shop to get a baseline price.
They can, had big bore top end put on my Vespa. Call and talk with Rick.
No we do not.

Yes, depending on the size of the motor your most likely gonna have to get your M1. Thats what i did.
what year and what size is the scooter?
You have to submit a request for a lost title at the DMV. They will mail the last owner and if they don't contest the title transfer (certain amount of time needs to pass... I believe its 60 or 90 days) then you will get notification from there with outcome. Then you can proceed to get the title.
Pull all the fuses, then replace each fuse 1 by 1, when you find the fuse blows this is the circuit in which the short circuit exists. The circuit with the short has a device or devices protected by the fuse, such as the horn, headlight, tail light, turn signals, ignition, etc Isolate each device in the circuit by removing the wires from it. Use an ohm meter to see where the continuity to ground exist, any reading on an ohm meter proves there is continuity, or a path to ground, slowly replace the devices and the wiring until you locate the short by getting a reading to ground with the ohm meter. Typically look on your wiring wherever it penetrates anything like handlebars or by the forks , frame and steering neck or swingarm which moves, bends and flex the wiring each time the forks turn or swing arm moves. Vibration and movement can wear through the insulation on the wiring , that's why we visually inspect each wire of the circuit to find a bare spot .
