How do I talk to someone at your local SFO location? I need an simple question answered and half of your call center people can't speak English and other half can't answer a simple question.

When I was at SFO there were severely long queues there, took forever for people to get their rental cars, in the end I went with another company that was also in the same place, better communication and quick service called sixty.
