The worst experience while traveling I have ever had. Cheap cars, aggressive sleazy sales force and long waits. What ever money you think you’re going to save it’s not worth it!

Booked and paid for a large SUV rental with different pick up and drop locations through Expedia. Was charged an additional $125 at the Thrifty counter for the intercity locations. Was told a large SUV was not available, had to accept a smaller vehicle with no credit because we rented through a 3rd party. 4 passengers who flew in to San Francisco with lots of luggage going on a 650 mile road trip. Totally unsatisfactory customer experience. Tried to follow up through Expedia who contacted Thrifty and were told there was nothing they were willing to do about it. Thrifty, you should be ashamed of this kind of customer treatment.

Car and price were good. But the Asian guy (30ish year old) at the desk was rude, and a liar.

The guy at the counter, Quentin was absolutely awesome. He was very friendly and helpful. There was a small issue with the car. When we hit bumps in the road, there was a knocking coming from the front left axel/tire area. We were able to use the car while we were there. We let them know about it when we brought the car back. Otherwise, everything was fine!

Follow the signage at the rental return area unless onsite staff says otherwise at the time you're returning
Yes shuttle is available
You will pay for shipping. They will ask your credit card # and will ship to you FEx
Usually $200 for US based drivers.
I got the car at the pick up location, and returned it the same place. Even though I think you can ask thrifty to take your car to the terminal on arrival.
I think $200
24/7 I believe
The Airport's parking lot? Youd have to pay. You could ask thrifty to hold it for you? Or wait to rent the car until 12/8?
Yes you have to take the train to the rental car.
No .you have s train from sfo to rental car and back . You can ask the hotel to came pick you from sfo to hotel .use the train to get to sfo.
Its best to call the establishment for any lost items.
Yes, you can take the airport tram to your terminal
I called them and the English translation of the driving license is requested by Thrifty.
