I just got off the phone with some female employee trying to make a reservation for next week as an Allstate insurance claimant. She was not pleasant at all and rude. Tried to brush me off and in such a rush manner made me think she was working for commission, not hourly. I am back to edit my review and experience. Although I had a bad and negative over the phone experience, however, when I was in person picking up the rental car. Ms. Shilpa K., whom assisted me at the counter. She was extremely nice, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable (although being new on the job), and a people person. Long story short. I spilled coffee onto the hood of my white rental car and she offered to have it cleaned up by the detail team. I declined because it was my mistake and did not want to bother them. I said I will hose it off when I get home. And as I was sitting in the car getting ready to drive off, here Ms. Shilpa came out with a rag and wiped off the coffee spill. That was a small deed with great reward to me. Ms. Shilpa changed my opinion that one bad experience with one employee should not affect the entire branch. Thank you and much appreciation to you Ms. Shilpa!

- San Bruno Rude dismissive - This hectic place is not too concerned about good customer service. Actually the manager was nicer to some people. I Just called at 4:45p, was put on hold and hung up. I'm calling because after the first car I was concerned about because it had dings, rust, scratches, and was a little dirty - I asked this manager to give me a different car - she said it was dirty because it just lightly rained, and all the other things were ok because they were not larger than the area of some circular tool they had to measure it. I guess I was concerned about getting charged for those things - already finding it unfair that I might be charged when I thought the insurance would pay for the level of car I was renting. I didn't have time, and felt uncomfortable because the manager kept walking away from me, being dismissive. She refused to give me another car saying there were none, then said I would have to pay more to give me a different car that wasn't a mess. - San Bruno improperly inspected tire - I took the car, and an hour later I noticed the tire pressure sensor light on the rear driver's side tire. I called customer service to complain about the experience, and they said I could call road side assistance or put air in the tire. Not having time, I put air in the tire. The next day, the tire deflated and the tire pressure light came on, and I called customer assistance and they sent me for a swap. Another Enterprise gave me a different car. -- Airport Expired tag-- A few days later, a police person said I didn't have plates on the car, and I said it was a rental, and the Enterprise agency that rented the car had the person who gave me the car see it, and the person who let me out of the secured lot inspected it, so I thought the paper in the window was ok because I thought they knew what they were doing. I called roadside assistance and they said they don't deal with that and to call reservations. Reservations said I should call roadside assistance, and roadside assistance said to call enterprise in the morning. So I couldn't drive that night because I didn't want to drive an improperly documented car. -- Fremont Enterprise says no cars, but reservations says has cars --- I called the next day, and they advised me to check the paper in the window, and the tag expired 5/6. So they directed me to the local office in Fremont, CA on Stevenson. They said that Newark Enterprise (in Fremont) had plenty of cars. I went, and Newark Enterprise said they didn't have any, and that I should drive an 25 minutes to San Jose Airport because they have plenty of cars. --- Enterprise makes me drive an hour to get another car, says many cars but only vans --- I called customer service again, to verify, and they said to go to San Jose Airport because they have plenty of cars. I went San Jose Airport and they said they only have 2 vans. I took the van. --- Fremont Enterprise says reserved car not there - received increased rate --- I called customer service again 2 days later because the van is too big for me, and they said they would reserve a car at Fremont, and I could make a swap there. Fremont said it didn't have the car that customer service said it reserved, so they offered others. I took one. Then I was emailed a bill with an increased rate. --- Escalations says call San Bruno -- Called waited on hold 15 minutes and hung up on

The few times I needed immediate help Enterprise has gone beyond my expectations. I was able to rent vehicles within an hour no problem. The process is fast and faster when you're a returning customer. They were professional and quick. I definitely would go back if I was on a bind..

THEY ARE AWESOME. TANK AND TURK ARE AN AWESOME TEAM. Grateful for meeting them. Car was clean and spotless as always with enterprise. Everything was awesome. I am coming back here for sure. Love the cars and the prices and the fact they pick you up bit I WILL BE BACK BECAUSE OF COOL PEOPLE THAT WORK THERE.
