I wish I could tell every issue we’ve had go wrong with our brand new home. We purchased this house 2 years ago and just now getting a shower leaked fixed that rotted my walls and flooring. But look at this hack job of a foundation and siding. The bricks fell out from underneath the flooring and we were told it’s safe and normal. It actuality looks like this all around my house. Buyers beware. A washed out foundation they promised to fix still is deteriorating Edit* the foundation was washed out before they put the siding up and we did do gutters but they don’t tell you it voids your roof warranty. They said once the siding was put up the damage of the washed out foundation would not be noticeable. If I sold something that look this bad and I’d fix. Word of mouth and one unhappy customer goes a long way. The inside is in the process of getting fixed slowly but surely. Will add more photos of the bricks that fell out but no worries they said it was safe
