Had a horrible experience . Checked in got to my room it was not even cleaned . Got another room key didn't work finally after about 5 hours we got a key for our room that worked. The manager when addressed with the problem stayed on his phone like he could careless. I would never stay here again.
I found this place to be very accommodating. Will stay again.
Staff was extremely nice. However the restrooms were very small, had asked for a handicapped room, did not get. Asked to be moved during our stay, was told I would be moved in a few minutes that tjey wpuld call my room. The next evening still no call but the staff member stopped me and said He was sorry but coild not move me . We stayed there for a week, the first week of July.
They have charged me 6 times for 2 rooms staying one night and even with several calls to correct the error I still have not gotten it straight.
