I had a similar problem of double charging but only for an additional 150 dollars that supposedly corresponded to the payment of the Tolls (tolls). But when I rent my car I rent it with a plan called sunpass .. for the payment of a value I have included all the tolls in Florida .. I had to go to their Alamo website and find a contact number and call .
