Worst location ever. I have a reservation, they called me the day before to confirm. I spoke to a representative the morning I was scheduled to pick up. When I arrived, I was told sorry but they didn’t have a vehicle for me. The customer ahead of me was given the last SUV. He had a vehicle insurance claim & his car was being repaired. I know now that Reservations don’t matter, they operate on a first come first serve basis. I gave them a 1 Star because they’re were no options for less. Employees have a not my problem attitude to my situation. Please be advised, don’t come to this location. They will only waste your time.

Tyler and Tamara are amazing assets to this location and the corporation. Unmesurable desire to help, prompt and extremely professional individuals. Everyone who you come in contact with at this branch had a smile on their face despite of their long work day. Both during pick-up and return I arrived 30min prior to closing, service did not skip a beat. Overall excellent experience and service providers.

I've rented cars from Enterprise and especially this facility before but this time I was very impressed with the high standard of service! The staff was very friendly and professional and the car was very clean in very good condition inside and out. I was able to tell the difference in management at this facility. Horrible experience! First none of the rep at that location want to work there is one of them that he cannot see a woman because he take care of them like he wants them,he is really thirsty and disgusting because of that attitude that he have with the rest of the woman that go over there;because of that I had to wait for the longest because they are just walking around doing nothing and just making you wait in the sun and I went over there because my Toyota is broken and from the dealer the send us to enterprice.When I got there it was close to 4th of July so the only car they had available it was a mustang that we didnt want it and we got it because there was no other option then we came back after 2 days to get a car since the holiday was already done and they should have all the cars back.I got a Nissan and I kept it for long time since my car still broken at the Toyota Dealer,then because some situation we need a pick up for less than a week and I told them that I need it just for that period of time and the guy that always take care of us told us "no problem just come back when a week like you told me and I will change it for you" now I come today Saturday, I drove 4 hours to change the car that by other hand they gave to me super dirty they didnt even clean it and now they are telling me sorry I cannot change it.They are no even try to find a way to help.What it really gets me on my nerve is that he knew everything and warning me when I try to change for the pick up otherwise I wouldnt have change it.

It depends on the type of car you want to rent. Vans are priced different than trucks , SUV'S or sedans. Visit the website to get an idea.
