So bad reviews because people chose not to get the sun pass is a little ridiculous. My agent explained it to me and just by chance I would use tolls it figured it would be cheaper to just get it...you know like insurance? Car was okay and my experience was not bad at all. Yes I took a shuttle to pickup the car. So? There wasn't a charge and it wasn't that far.

I don't understand how I rent for 47 dollars a day, 500 deposits and they only returned 267 of the deposit that was 500. Not recommended, it's my experience.

Fraudulent charges for an incorrect parking violation. Sent the fraudulent violation to a debt collector. There's a reason they have lower prices, they find a way to gouge you in other ways. Do not use this company.

This place rents large vehicles to transport passengers and personal children, so if they need the service, it is available for the public service.

You must go through the seven levels of Hell. Actually you take a decade old van (that runs late) from the airport. Upon arriving at a poorly lit, dirty office, you'll be tricked into paying more, lied to, and hit with made up fees. Then youll drive out with a shoddy looking car. So all in all, its worse than any level of Hell. Go with a big name like National, Budget, etc, as they're in the airport, and actually treat customers well!
They took a $1,000 deposit from us, they don't answer emails or calls, it's a lot of money. How can they rob people like this and not close the premises? We have to denounce them, we are already with legal measures and also with a lot of evidence

They charge around 15 dollars a day for toll billing, plus the value of the toll. I got the toll day pass. I think it's the best option.

Ok you have to call the customer service number to be able to verify if your ion reservation was cancelled. And you must look for the page where you made your reservation
I got mine within 3 business days but it can take up to 5 or 7 business days as far aa I know.

Book it directly with Fox. I had an issue with them forcing me to purchase insurance even though I already have full coverage with my personal car but they refunded me the fee

You have to drop it at fox which is located off site of the airport...if your more then a half an hour late..they charge you for another additional day rental...so make sure your there ontime!

The service is very bad. They charge more than they say at the time of removing the vehicle. When you deliver it, they charge you more. Not recommended!!!
