They are thieves over there. They still owe me a refund. You can pre-pay and when you get there to pick up the car. They will triple the price. They will tell you "oh we yeah the site do not charge you for the entire rental until you get here" I rented a car for 3 days, they tried to charge me $398 dollars. They told me they are including other service fees. Mind you I do not have credit, license or any issues. THIEVES. I cancelled it and they still not REFUND MY MONEY YET.

DO NOT RENT WITH THESE PEOPLE! I booked through Kayak, and yes, the price is too good to be true. They fee you FOR EVERYTHING. The 1st red flag is how the company name is different on every document. The 2nd red flag was I was responsible for an inspection based on a vague inspection they provide online. The car had multiple dings and dents. Surprise, surprise I was held responsible for $150 for a car that was already super dirty and sticky on the inside. The virtual assistant is a good idea, but it not at all realistic seeing as anything could happen to the car by the time you pick it up and attendant receives it by drop off. I wish I would have read reviews before hands.

Attention when closing the car lease, at first it seems to be a good one, but then comes the scams, sunpass, tolls, fines, insurance and a few other things, it's not worth it to rent in a known or recommended rental company

The worst rental company, please believe me. When we arrived to pick up the car they began to charge us for extra things that we had already acquired with Despegar because it was not enough. They charged me double what the car rental was worth and even though they are very kind, the company's policies are very unfair if you already paid for the insurance you still have to buy another one that is complementary and does not cover anything, the truth is that we were very bored because that was a robbery, I do not recommend it at all

I spoke to a General Manager, Gabriela, and she was also useless. I would make a negative review on BBB as well since I’m sure any good reviews they have are fake. Such a shady business. I would try to get a hold of the corporate office if possible.

This rental company is located outside the airport, inside the Park and Fly parking lot. Kind of weird service. And they force you to hire more for the tolls and it's expensive. The take-off value is not the final price. If you can, try going to the official airport rental agencies.
They have a normal menu of services from which I could purchased additional items like a cell phone rental, extra insurance, highways tolls and baby car seats for my kids. The prices were just as good as I expected.
This company is a THEFT! for 10 days of car they will tell you that with usd 250. And when you go to pick up the car you have to add usd 400 for insurance! Hire a company that would be one of those inside the airport !!!!
