It's not the worst place I have ever lived. The only two serious drawbacks are the iffy septic system that causes the park to smell like an outhouse most of the time and traffic on route 1 makes turning left to leave the park a nightmare.

Better call the office number, they did have rentals, but I don't know if there are any vacant. Their may be trailers here for sale.
