The Turtle Bay Mobile Home Park it's a nice little community if you're retired not requiring a whole lot of space to live it seems to be close enough to shopping one of the nicest features is the parts right across the street I would have liked to been able to save more

I like Turtle Pond, I mean Turtle Bay, nice place I would have rated it higher, it's just that a lot of tears were hitting the ground, this time around the pond.

Way over priced, small spaces, manger is not very friendly, requirement's unrealistic, and hard to get along with! The only thing this place has going for it, is the location! And even at that; the sizes of the spaces, condition of the yards, shape of the Landry room, and everything to where and which is the most inhospitable management; just isn't worth it!

In town
They have been known to do one night stays when there is a space available which there is right now. Just roll into an empty spit and pay the manager (Steve) in the morning when you pull out the office is closed now for the night and nobody around Steve will be up early and you can settle up with him then.
Yes there is places within walking distance to get to the river to swim.
Are there any spaces now for long term
Base rent depends on size of trailer usally for the spot 400.00then the electric is between 60 to 110.dollars then they charge you 10 water 10 trash 10 sewage then the read your electric meter 15 dollars just to go out an look at it. So yo figure 500 to 600 month. But u wouldnt recommend it to any one to live there. You have theft, homeless people squatting there always tiring up the laundry facility tweekers... for what you pay it's not worth it. On top of everything else you have neighbors up your butt that the management decide to move in close to you that are probably dope heads.place use to be totally different know it's just ran down
Yes
I believe it's roughly like 350
