Clinic lost my son's results. I had to keep emailing them to nudge them to look for it, but well after a week later we got a message saying he would have to retest. Ridiculous that a medical facility looses results. In such a case they should be required to offer free antibody testing.

I paid for rapid antigen test in about an hour. 2 days later and no results. I called phone number and after holding for 45 minutes, I hung up and tried email 4 times and filled out a form for missing results. Finally filed a dispute with my bank as I did not receive services paid for, still no response from the company. WILL NEVER USE THIS SITE AGAIN.

I'm disappointed with this testing facility. Having the Q-tip up my nose (this was my first time having a covid test)wasn't unbearable. But, it's been over 4 hours now with no email or text results. I thought that's why we paid $129... to get results within 45 to 60 minutes. No results means I can't go to work today. It means my wife also can't go to work today either. No way to contact anyone, the stupid phone message, "Thank you for calling. Please hold for the next available agent" cycles every stinking 14 SECONDS! It's obnoxious and they know it, so you won't wait on the phone very long. The first time this morning we waited 12+ minutes. This time we're still waiting, it's been 27 minutes so far. That means we've had to hear that message over 114 times on this call... very disappointing. Be sure to check the refund policy... they will slowly give portions of your money back, maybe.

Staff was friendly and helpful at this location but the company is not so good. I ordered the 1-2 day test but the attendant told me that because I was there after the delivery driver had picked up the days tests that I would not get my results for 3-4 days! After telling them I could not wait that long they instructed me to order a rapid 1 hour test and that I’d be able to get a refund in the first test. Unfortunately after waiting on the phone for over an hour with customer service they told me that the attendants were wrong to tell me that it would take 3-4 days any that they would not refund the first test! Im very disappointed with their system and lack of coordination between the local testing sites and the corporate headquarters. I’d recommend proceeding with caution before making an online order.

The Covid test is free… if you want an antigen test or something else you will have to pay
1. Yes 2. Rapid test results within 30 minutes, PCR results 4 days for me. 3. Received the rapid test results via text message, and pcr results via email.
